Kryptonite: The Ultimate Front End Package for your Duramax | Install

A 2020+ L5P Duramax came into the shop for a serious suspension upgrade. The customer chose the Kryptonite Ultimate Front End Package Stage 4, one of the strongest options available for GM Heavy Duty Trucks. This kit includes the Kryptonite SS Center Link and Tie Rod Package, Kryptonite Idler Support, Idler Support Frame Gusset, Death Grip Pitman Arm, and Death Grip Idler Arm.

We started by lifting the truck and removing the factory parts, including the idler support, pitman arm, center link, and tie rods. The Kryptonite components were then installed, with the technician carefully prepping the idler support gusset for welding to the frame. Once the welding was complete, all fittings were greased and the system was tightened down.

This Kryptonite system is ideal for handling high horsepower and boosted launches, while still offering a comfortable ride on the street, making it the ultimate upgrade for any heavy-duty Duramax truck.
